Are you an artist concerned or curious as to what rights you have after your work has been sold or changed ownership? The 1990 Visual Artists Rights Act (VARA) grants artists certain rights to their work, regardless of physical ownership. This class will discuss VARA and notable cases, before providing artists with tangible steps to best ensure their art is protected.
