With tattoos rising in popularity and as the internet has made sharing designs easier than ever, many concerns have come up in the tattoo art community. What is a copyright? Can you copyright a tattoo? Who owns the copyrights to a tattoo? These questions, among many others, will be addressed in this class along with information on what steps artists and tattooers can take to protect their work.
