Many international artists come to the US to work on a visa or with another immigration status. How is your status affected by a sudden change such as may have occurred during this unprecedented crisis?

Aja Pardini, immigration attorney, will inform you about how these changes may affect your status, your qualifications for unemployment insurance and other types of funding, and how seeking out those funding sources may affect you.

Aja Pardini, Partner, has specialized in acquiring visas for individuals of extraordinary ability since being admitted to the bar of the State of New York in 2008. She also has extensive experience in family and other employment-based immigration cases. Recognized by SuperLawers as a top-rated immigration attorney since 2014, she was also selected for inclusion in Who’s Who Legal: Corporate Immigration as of 2019. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and volunteers her services through Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (VLA). She received her Juris Doctor from City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law and holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish (Hispanic Studies) from the University of Texas.
