Join us on April 23, when we will provide a basic overview of copyright, trademark, and design patent law, using examples from the worlds of furniture, musical instruments, fashion, and housewares. We will discuss what types of intellectual property protection can apply to different types of useful designs, and how creators can secure appropriate protection.
