Primarily, fashion design intellectual property protection (copyright and trademark), contracts and commercial transactions, consumer cultures, as well as new legal issues in the emerging digital world.

If you are a fashion designer or thinking about starting your own brand, join us! You will learn more about the scope of your rights and the special issues you need to pay attention to in this fast-changing industry.
