• Topics to be covered include an overview of different types of crowdfunding, the tax implications associated with online crowdfunding, and the relationships between the fundraiser, the crowdfunding platform, and donors.
• This program will also cover the risks associated with crowdfunding. Additionally, the webinar will touch on the 2012 JOBS Act and SEC Regulation Crowdfunding and their implications for online crowdfunding.
