This class will provide an overview of contract law including essential aspects of contract formation, enforceability, and standard provisions for artists such as creative control, compensation, and credit.
Topics will include offer and acceptance, oral agreements, common clauses in standard contracts, and breach of contract.
This class will be taught by Laura Levin-Dando, Staff Attorney at VLA.
