Rachelle Laroche

Rachelle is Chief Commercial and IP Counsel at Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, where she strategizes with legal and business stakeholders across the organization to bring creative concepts to consumers.

Prior to joining LVMH, Rachelle spent 10 years as Assistant General Counsel – Trademarks in the Consumer Sector of Johnson & Johnson and as Board Attorney of the company’s Vogue Haircare Franchise where she provided global transactional and intellectual property support. She began her corporate counsel journey as Associate Counsel – Intellectual Property at Burberry with a focus on anti-counterfeiting. Prior to serving as in-house counsel, Rachelle was an associate in the False Advertising and Trademark group at Proskauer.

In addition to her work with VLA, Rachelle is a co-founder of the Unlocked Foundation, a female founded non-profit focused on empowering women to take the brave steps to close the wealth gap in their lives.

Rachelle earned both her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
