Emma Willems is an associate in the IP & Commercial Transactions group at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Her practice focuses on IP, technology, data privacy and AI matters across a range of commercial, licensing and strategic transactions. She also advises clients on data privacy and AI questions relating to their businesses, products and services. Emma has worked with clients in industries including media, software, fashion, cosmetics and consumer goods.
Emma received her J.D. from Harvard University and her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College. She is also a second soprano and Board member of the New York Latvian Concert Choir.
