Emily Yan is an associate in the Finance and Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions practice groups at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Prior to law school, Emily worked at the Whitney Museum of American Art and Boston Consulting Group. Emily received a BA in Economics and Psychology from Yale University and a JD from New York University.
