Donna is an Executive Director at Ernst & Young, LLP in the Forensics and Integrity Services practice. A certified International Compliance and Ethics Professional and licensed attorney who worked as a litigator, she has over 25 years of experience assisting clients with assurance and advisory services, particularly in Financial Services.
Prior to her current position, Donna served in multiple senior regional and sector leadership positions, including as General Counsel and Head of Compliance, at Global Financial Institutions. She has overseen complex multi-country and entity processes reviews as well as fraud analyses for banks and broker/dealers. Her experience, in consumer and wholesale businesses, includes deep involvement in government and prosecutorial inquiries, and compliance with resulting orders and agreements.
Donna is the Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. She also serves as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors for Legal Service, NYC, and a non-profit organization that provides free civil legal assistance to low-income people in New York City.
