Caroline I. Keegan

Caroline I. Keegan is a member of the Art Law, Corporate, and Real Estate practice groups at Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP. In her Art Law practice, Caroline counsels dealers, collectors, galleries, museums, and artists on matters involving art transactions, intellectual property, licensing, consignment, and authenticity disputes. She regularly negotiates agreements with major auction houses and cultural institutions and is passionate about supporting artists and arts organizations in protecting their creative work.

Caroline also maintains a robust Corporate practice, advising clients across industries on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, financings, and strategic joint ventures, representing companies, non-profits, and entrepreneurs through all stages of growth. Her work emphasizes practical, creative solutions that align with each client’s goals.

Before joining Kurzman Eisenberg, Caroline held positions at The Museum of Modern Art, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Brooklyn Museum, and the Calder Foundation.
