Candace Arrington is an associate in the Intellectual Property group at Sullivan & Worcester LLP. Candace’s practice focuses on the intellectual property needs of a diverse client base, including fashion designers, musicians, nonprofit entities, authors, publishers, painters, and photographers. She has significant experience with the clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing of trademarks and copyrights. Candace is also well versed in drafting and negotiating software, merchandise, and entertainment agreements. Candace’s experience also includes resolving disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
