VLA is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) legal service organization supported in part by public funds from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), the New York State Council on the Arts, a State Agency, the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, and through generous gifts from law firms, corporations, foundations and individuals.

*Please note that we can only meet with clients by appointment. Due to limited resources we are unable to meet with clients on a walk-in basis.
