Topics will cover: how to protect your content and avoid infringing the content of others; the pros/cons of creating an entity to create, license and exploit content; and how to minimize the risk of litigation.

Lindsay R. Kaplan, Esq., Partner, Moses & Singer LLP
Lindsay R. Kaplan is a partner in Moses & Singer’s Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions group. Kaplan’s practice includes advising clients in connection with the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex transactions across an array of industries, including advertising, media and entertainment. David Rabinowitz, Esq., Partner, Moses & Singer LLP
David Rabinowitz, Co-Chair of Moses & Singer’s Litigation practice group and a member of its Intellectual Property and Law Firm Management practice groups, has been a partner with the firm since 1985. Deborah L. Shapiro, Esq., Partner, Moses & Singer LLP
Shapiro represents clients in sports, entertainment, media, banking, casinos and art in connection with the clearance, procurement, registration, exploitation and enforcement of their intellectual property rights. She provides clients with guidance on matters concerning trademark infringement, domestic and international trademark enforcement, and transactions affecting intellectual property rights.
