Planning Your Artistic Legacy: Estate Planning Basics with Q & A

November 7, 2024 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Unlock the secrets of preserving your artistic legacy! We invite you to join us for a special opportunity to hear from Elder Law and Estate Planning attorney, Britt Burner, Esq., Partner at Burner Prudenti Law, P.C. who will discuss the essentials of estate planning for artists.

Topics will include healthcare advance directives, powers of attorney, and the distribution of assets after death. We will cover specific provisions and planning tools for artists, including will vs. trust planning, and how they can preserve their work during incapacity and ensure their artistic legacy remains intact. Attendees can submit questions ahead of time for discussion (send to registrations@vlany.org), or pose questions at the end of the presentation.
