Location: Online

The ever-evolving music industry has dramatically changed how our favorite songs are produced and consumed. With this exponential growth, however, comes the complicated conversation around how the law addresses these developments. From the infamous Blurred Lines case to the ongoing Eminem copyright infringement case against Spotify, the legal world continues to grapple with the balance between protecting artists’ works while continuing to promote musical creativity and innovation. Join us as we discuss recent events and legal disputes in music and explore your creative rights in this contemporary landscape.
