This workshop provides valuable information on the fundamentals of basic copyright protection, including copyrightability of works, ownership (initial ownership; transfers; works-for-hire), registration, infringement and remedies, and fair use. Through this course you will gain a basic understanding of copyright law and learn how to protect your work.
