This presentation will address, in particular:

- How do copyright law, the courts, and the music industry determine how musicians get paid?
- What has happened in the area of infringement lawsuits since the well-publicized Blurred Lines decision?
The presentation is intended for musicians as well as practicing attorneys. There will be time for Q&A at the end.
