Join us as we discuss Moral Rights and how the Visual Artists Rights Act of 1990 (VARA) protects these rights. In this class, we will provide an overview of United States Copyright Law, the definition of moral rights, how VARA expands on copyright law, and the kinds of work that are protected by VARA.
