The Visual Artists Rights Act is the first federal law in the U.S. to provide moral rights to visual artists. This course will provide a basic understanding of artists’ rights under VARA, including the right of attribution and integrity.
This course will be taught by current VLA Columbia Law School Student Interns Rishika & Amanda, and supervised by VLA staff.
