Taylor Washington is an associate in the Entertainment Group at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz PC in New York. Her practice focuses on scripted television and film transactions for talent and production companies.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. Washington was a Law Clerk for the NBCU News Group at NBCUniversal Media, LLC., where she was on the legal team for CNBC prime time programming – and has extensive experience in the entertainment industry including jobs and internships with Scripps Networks Interactive (now Discovery, Inc.), the Creative Artists Agency (CAA), the Recording Academy, Octagon, and Viacom (now Paramount).
Ms. Washington is a former member of the junior board for the Hollywood Radio and Television Society, and is currently a mentor for Pursuing the Esquire (a non-profit organization committed to diversifying the legal industry by providing students with tools to navigate the law school application process as well as mentorship and networking opportunities) and a mentor for Howard Entertainment (a partnership between Howard University and Amazon Studios committed to diversifying the Entertainment industry through mentorship, networking and internship opportunities).
She is currently admitted to practice in New York, and a proud alumna of Howard University and Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C.
