Carly Rothman

Carly Rothman is a litigation associate at Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP.

Carly’s practice focuses on entertainment and media and intellectual property matters. Carly has represented prominent recording artists, filmmakers, and entertainment companies. Her experience includes right of publicity, contract and corporate disputes, unfair competition, and copyright and trademark.

As the former co-founder of a fashion brand, Carly is passionate about helping artists and creatives protect their innovations.

Carly earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as the Articles Editor for the Cardozo Public Law, Policy and Ethics Journal and was the Managing Editor for Cardozo’s school newspaper, The Jurist.
