As an artist, what rights do you have to protect your work from change or destruction, or to be credited for your work? Join us on December 2, when we will discuss the personal rights that visual artists have in their work. In this talk, we will explain “moral rights” and the specific protections provided under the Visual Artists Rights Act (VARA), including a discussion of interesting and impactful recent judicial decisions.
