Primer in Royalty Free Content

If you’ve ever been curious about royalty free images, drawings, and music that you find online, this class is for you!

As a creator or consumer of content, you’ve probably heard the term “royalty free” all over the internet. Join VLA on April 1st to get an overview of royalty free content! These creative works, including, for example, photographs, drawings, and musical compositions, are copyright protected. Rather than an artist receiving royalty payments every time their work is used, they would instead offer a license to use the work for a one-time up-front payment. This class is aimed at anyone interested in learning about this particular option for licensing their copyrighted content, or at those interested in obtaining a license for royalty free content.
