Planning Your Artistic Legacy: Estate Planning Basics with Q&A

We invite you to join us for a special opportunity to hear from Elder Law and Estate Attorney Britt Burner, who will discuss the essentials of estate planning for artists. As part of this program, there will be time allotted for Q&A.

Topics covered include healthcare advance directives, powers of attorney, and the distribution of assets after death. We will cover specific provisions and planning tools for artists and how they can preserve their work during incapacity and ensure their artistic legacy remains intact.

Britt serves as Secretary of the Elder Law and Special Needs Planning section of the New York State Bar Association. Britt also serves as a Charter member of the Advisory Council of the Katz Institute for Women’s Health at Northwell.
