MediateArt
Since 1998, VLA’s MediateArt program has offered mediation services for the resolution of disputes, contract negotiation, and relationship management in a neutral, confidential forum at a nominal cost. Mediation is a voluntary dispute resolution process in which unbiased professionals assist parties in resolving legal and business disputes, negotiating contracts or managing an ongoing relationship.
Mediating a Dispute
We offer a forum for parties to resolve their differences with the assistance of neutral mediators who work with the parties to settle an ongoing dispute or litigation by working to help the parties understand the underlying needs of the other side and come to an agreement.
Negotiating Contracts
Mediators assist the parties in working through the terms of a proposed or existing contract, with the goal of resolving any disputed issues and coming to an agreement on all material terms.
Relationship Management
Mediators help the parties to open up lines of communication, analyze ongoing relationships and assist in communicating between or among themselves, when they have come to an impasse on a particular problem or the relationship has otherwise broken down.

Once a mediation is scheduled, you may submit payment here. Please do not submit payment prior to speaking with our office.
MediateArt Training Program
